with that. I have taken to signing my name SR: The Eliza A. Drew
German Scholar. My professor thinks I am nuts, something we already
take for granted here at Going40.

I think the A- is a very attractive grade. It looks almost exactly like its next door neighbor, the A.
It's an A with some landscaping.
Eliza and I are still proud of you.
I just had one of those out-of-blogger experiences where I floated away from the keyboard and saw what I had written from a hovering-at-the-ceiling perspective. Oy.
Scooterbug, I told myself I wasn't going to be one of those parents (readers) for whom an A was the only acceptable mark, so I'm sorry for lobbing disappointed affection your way (albeit mit Deutsch).
