I hate the way toasting the pecans brings out their flavor, and makes
them extra crispy and crunchy. Time for a run, then I'll try to
assemble these four ingredients into something edible. It doesn't look
promising, I know.

Please freeze my slice and I will pick it up with my week 3 slice next Sunday. If you want to keep riffing on pecan cakes, I'm totally fine with that. They're my favorites...caramel doesn't suck either.
